Matías Perel
Mr. Perel has more than twelve years’ experience with some of the world’s leading digital marketing agencies. Before founding Latincube, he served as Director for Latin America of Organic Inc. (an Omnicom subsidiary). Previously, he was Managing Director of Grey Interactive (a WPP subsidiary) in Latin America. He was also one of the founders of the New Media and Interactive Research Department at Bates Worldwide (part of Cordiant Communications Group). Mr. Perel is a frequent contributor to CNN en Español and several Latin American online publications; he was also recently named one of the Top 100 Hispanic Entrepreneurs by Hispanic Trends Magazine. Mr. Perel holds a BS from Boston University and completed the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Matías Hodara
Mr. Hodara brings more than ten years’ financial experience to Latincube. Before joining the Company, Mr. Hodara served as a Senior Financial Analyst at MTS Investments, a private equity firm located in Delray Beach, FL. Previously, he served as a Financial Analyst at Fidelity Investments’ corporate treasury in Boston. Mr. Hodara has also worked as a Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He holds an MBA from Babson College and a BS from the Universidad de Buenos Aires.
Karen Murphy
Ms. Murphy leads the sales department for Prisma Digital Media. She recently joined Prisma in November of 2007,
with extensive international sales experience in the interactive media sector. Based in the Buenos Aires office,
Ms. Murphy handles new business development and develops customized online strategies for Prisma's clients.
Prior to joining Prisma, Karen worked for the Buenos Aires based rich media company United Virtualities as Director of Sales,
where she was responsible for developing prosperous relationships with both agencies and publishers such as Avenue A, MediaVest,
Digitas, Starcom, MSN, Fox, and MySpace.
Previous to United Virtualities, Ms. Murphy was Commercial Director for I-Network,(now AnteVenio, a publicly traded company on the Italian stock exchange)
a multinational online advertising network dedicated to the US Hispanic and Latin American markets. While at I-Network, Ms. Murphy was a member of
the executive committee, and was responsible for sales and interactive planning activity in Spain, Argentina, Mexico and the United States Hispanic Market.
She worked very closely with key clients such as El Corte Ingles, and T1MSN.
A native of Boston, Massachusetts, she holds her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Boston College.
